A handoff, not another audit score.

The work is done.
Make the finish feel like it.

Replace “looks good to me” with a record everyone can understand.

Catch the loose ends.

Response errors, missing metadata, indexing flags and leftover placeholder copy. Every observation points to the page.

Automated HTTP + HTML observations

Put a person behind the pass.

A form on a page isn’t a message in an inbox. Record what you actually tested, who reviewed it, and what still needs fixing.

THE IMPORTANT BIT

A green check
should mean something.

We won’t tell you a site is “launch-ready” because its homepage loaded.

Automated observations, human attestations and untested work stay distinct. Your client sees the open items too.

Before you hand it over.

A few things
worth knowing.

What does the scanner actually check?

Public HTTP responses and HTML: status codes, HTTPS, titles, descriptions, mobile viewport, indexing directives, H1 count, alt attributes, HTTP resource references, common placeholder copy and canonical declarations. It follows a bounded set of same-origin links, not every URL on the web.

Will it test my forms or JavaScript app?

No. The scanner does not run JavaScript, submit forms, verify email delivery, or test checkout. These belong in the manual review. It is best suited to public marketing websites that return their content as HTML.

Does my client need an account?

No. Anyone with the private link can read the report and acknowledge the current revision. Names are self-reported. This records receipt, not a verified legal signature or a claim that the site is defect-free.

What happens when I change the report?

Changes and rescans clear the current acknowledgement. Earlier scans, edits and receipts remain in the history. A rescan resets the manual checks so yesterday’s pass does not quietly become today’s assurance.

Can I keep a copy?

Yes. Save a PDF or download JSON with the project history. You can revoke a shared link or delete a project. Beta hosting is not a permanent archival promise; keep local copies of records you need.
